Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, how JOSEPHINE-AI.STUDIO handles information connected with client access, studio services, chat memory and billing flows.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to JOSEPHINE-AI.STUDIO public pages, client registration, chat, creative AI services, billing access and related support workflows.

2. Information we may process

We may process account details you submit, client identifiers, service usage, chat messages, generated content prompts, billing status, technical logs, language preference and support messages.

Google Sign-In data

When you choose Continue with Google, JOSEPHINE-AI.STUDIO may receive basic Google account information made available through Google Sign-In, such as your email address, name, profile image and account identifier. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or connect your Josephine client access, maintain your session, support account recovery and protect the service from abuse.

JOSEPHINE-AI.STUDIO does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts or other Google API data for the current sign-in flow. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect security or follow your instructions.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

3. AI memory and continuity

Some Josephine experiences are designed to remember client context across sessions. Memory should be treated as a product feature: it may include names, preferences, previous requests and conversation summaries linked to a client identifier.

4. Why we process data

We use data to provide the service, maintain client access, improve safety, prevent abuse, operate billing, personalize Josephine’s responses and support the platform.

5. Payments

Payment pages may route to external or future payment providers. Payment confirmation data may be stored to update access, plan, credits, paid status or support records.

6. Security

We aim to limit access to operational data, keep secrets out of public pages and separate private Maestro systems from public client systems. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

7. User choices

Clients may contact support to ask about account access, data correction or deletion where technically and legally possible.

8. Contact

For privacy questions, use the contact page or the support channel published on JOSEPHINE-AI.STUDIO.
